Caption

Iridium satellites on a decaying orbit. Photographed from Rochester NY on July 13, 2011 at 10:20 pm, closely followed by the bottom satellite at 10:21. These satellites were -8 magnitude in brightness. The Iridium satellite network was a world wide phone network that went bankrupt. The satellites are now on decaying orbits and will burn up in the atmosphere over the next decade.
