Steppe eagle and crow. Steppe eagle (Aquila nipalensis, left) being mobbed by a crow (family Corvidae, right). The Steppe eagle is found from Romania, through the steppes and into Mongolia. It feeds mainly on carrion, but will also kill small rodents. It has a wingspan of nearly two metres.
