Apollo-Soyuz Test Project preparation. American expert group in the Flight Control Center of the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project (ASTP). The ASTP was a joint US-Soviet programme to allow spacecraft from each nation to dock in orbit as a symbol of future cooperation. The mission took place between 15-24th July 1975.
