Caption

Milky Way and zodiacal light. The Milky Way is across upper left, with a faint beam of zodiacal light at lower centre reaching towards it from the horizon. Zodiacal light is sunlight reflected from dust particles orbiting in the plane of the solar system. From Earth it is seen as a cone of light along the ecliptic, the orbital path of the Sun, Moon and planets in the sky. Photographed in March from Veronica, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.
