Yellow-tailed black cockatoo (Calyptorhynchus funereus), 18th-century artwork. This bird is native to south-eastern Australia. This 1789 illustration, by British naval officer and artist George Raper (1769-1797), is drawing 59 from the Natural History Museum's Raper Collection.
