Endometrial adenofibroma, light micrograph of affected uterus. Adenofibroma is an extremely uncommon benign tumor composed of glandular (purple) and fibrous tissues. It occurs more often in the endometrium (90%) but it can also occur in the cervix and extrauterine sites. Magnification: x 120 when printed at 10 centimetres wide. Human tissue.
