Three dimensional laparoscopic surgery. Laparoscopic surgery, also known as keyhole surgery, involves making small incisions in the patient's abdomen and inserting a laparoscope (a tube with a light source and camera) and small surgical tools to operate. These surgeons are using a laparoscopic camera that produces 3D images. This helps to restore some of the depth perception that is lost when operating via a two-dimensional screen.
