Meteotsunami. Ocean water rising as a rare meteotsunami starts to wash ashore along a beach in the Florida Panhandle region. A meteotsunami (or meteorological tsunami) is a wave-like surge in sea levels caused by weather phenomena, usually air pressure disturbances.
