Psychid moth pupal case. Pupa of a bagworm or psychid moth, (family Psychidae), attached to a twig. The caterpillar of psychid moths construct cases out of silk and other materials such as sand, soil, lichen, or plant materials. These cases are attached to rocks, trees or fences while resting or during their pupa stage.
