Ischaemia in fibromuscular dysplasia. X-ray of the neck of a patient with fibromuscular dysplasia, where a lesion in the left vertebral artery has caused a disruption to the blood supply (ischaemia). Fibromuscular dysplasia is a vascular disease that causes abnormal growth within the wall of an artery leading to common complications such as aneurisms and dissections (tears).
