Salivary gland tumour. Light micrograph of a section through a Warthin tumour in the parotid gland. Warthin tumours, or adenolymphomas, are benign (non-cancerous) tumours of the salivary glands named after the US pathologist Aldred Scott Warthin, who described two cases in 1929.
