Pangolin. Preserved specimen of the head of a pangolin (Manis sp.). The pangolin (also known as a scaly anteater or trenggiling) is a mammal with large keratin scales covering its skin. It has a long sticky tongue for catching ants and termites. It is found in tropical regions throughout Africa and Asia.
