Timelapse of cloud capping the peak of a forested mountain. The wind blows through the cloud, which appears fixed on the peak. This is because the air was lifted and cooled as it was forced up over the peak, forming cloud, but on the other side it is drier, and warms as it descends, evaporating any remaining moisture. Filmed in Caldera de Taburiente, La Palma, Canary Islands, Spain.
