Microscopic Black hole simulation on a computer illustration of the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, Geneva. Colliding beams of subatomic particles produce showers of decay particles, indicated by the coloured tracks, and are observed passing through a serires of concentric arrays of detector rings. The colours of the tracks show different particles emerging from the black hole decay following the proton-proton collision. In 2014 the Higgs Boson was observed by the LHC and CMS detectors..
