This region, known as Fennoscandia or Fenno-Scandinavia, comprises the Scandinavian Peninsula, Finland, Karelia (East of Finland) and the Kola Peninsula (upper right). The Baltic Sea (dark, centre), North Sea (dark, lower left), Norwegian Sea (dark, upper left) and Barents Sea (dark, upper right) can also be seen, with Moscow, Russia visible at lower right.
