Caffeine. Molecular model of the stimulant drug caffeine (C8.H10.N4.O2). Found in numerous beverages, such as tea and coffee, this is a bitter, white alkaloid that acts as a stimulant to the central nervous system. Atoms are represented as spheres and are colour-coded: carbon (grey), hydrogen (white), nitrogen (blue) and oxygen (red).
