Mount Etna earthquake damage. Crowd outside a house in Linera, Sicily, Italy, destroyed by a violent earthquake that took place on 8 May 1914. This earthquake killed 120 people and damaged hundreds of buildings. Mount Etna occupies the eastern part of the Italian island of Sicily.
