Berzelius Mountain is more than 1800 meters high. The cliffs belong to the Northeast Greenland National Park, the biggest National Park in the world. Geologists like the many different layers. They belong to the Eleonore Bay Super Group, more than 620 Million years old multicoloured sediments that include quartzites, mud rocks and different limestones.
