Vitamin K1, molecular model. The chemical formula for vitamin K1, also called phylloquinone, is C31.H46.O2. Vitamin K1 is an essential vitamin that is found in dark green leafy vegetables, meat, dairy products and eggs. Vitamin K is necessary for blood clotting and bone growth.
