Cycnorhamphus ( swan beak ) is a genus of ctenchasmatoid pterodactyloid pterosaur from the Late Jurassic of France and Germany. Pterosaurs ( winged lizard ) were flying reptiles of the order Pterosauria. Pterosaurs are the earliest vertebrates known to have evolved powered flight. Shown here is a historical skeletal restoration of Cycnorhamphus suevicus.
