Magellanic penguin (Spheniscus magellanicus). This medium-sized penguin inhabits the coasts of Chile, Argentina and the Falkland Islands. It reaches an average length of 70 centimetres. The magellanic penguin feeds on fish, cephalopods (such as squid), crustaceans and krill, hunting in groups. Photographed on Isla Magdalena, Chile.
