The actual Apollo 13 space capsule, Odyssey, on display at the Kansas Cosmosphere in Hutchinson, Kansas, one of America's leading space museums. This Apollo command module flew to the Moon in 1970, but suffered an explosion in the attached service module and curtailed the planned lunar landing. The capsule was restored at the museum and is one of its most famous exhibits. The access hatch, removed from the aperture at left, is displayed in front of the capsule.
