The Leo Triplet of galaxies, a small group of galaxies about 35 million light-years away in the constellation Leo. The group consists of the spiral galaxies Messier 65 (near center of image), Messier 66 (to the right), and NGC 3628 (below both M65 & M66). Photographed with Areo 3 at RAS observatory, New Mexico; 6 refractor and STL 11000 CCD; 20 minute exposure; LRGB.
