Webb and Von Braun at Cape Canaveral. Footage of German-US aerospace engineer Wernher von Braun and NASA Administrator James Webb, with Deputy NASA Administrator Hugh Dryden, during the Presidential tour of 1963. Webb is shown at timestamp 0:10, and Von Braun at timestamp 0:18. Dryden appears at the start and end of the clip. The tour was of the NASA facilities at Merrit Island, near Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA, and took place on 16 November 1963. This was President Kennedy's third visit to Cape Canaveral, taking place a week before his assassination. The site was renamed the Kennedy Space Center in his honour on 29 November 1963.
