Salps, hyperiid amphipods and bobtail squid. Salps (Salpa sp.) are marine invertebrates which often form chains (left). Hyperiid amphipods are small zooplanktonic crustaceans many of which are parasites of salps and jellyfish. The bobtail squid (Sepiola sp.) is in the centre.
