Amprenavir. Computer model of a molecule of the drug amprenavir. It is also known as VX-478, and is sold under the brand name Agenerase. It is a protease inhibitor drug, used to treat infections with HIV (the human immunodeficiency virus). The molecule's chemical formula is C25.H35.N3.O6.S. Atoms (spheres) are colour-coded: carbon (grey), hydrogen (light blue), nitrogen (dark blue), oxygen (orange), sulphur (yellow).
