Japanese submarine radar antenna. World War II radar antenna mounted on a Japanese submarine. This antenna appears similar to that of the German 'Palau' radar interceptor and might serve the same purpose. The war between the USA and Japan ended when Japan surrendered on 15 August 1945. Photographed on 7 September 1945, at Yokosuka Naval Base, Yokosuka, Japan.
