This coronal (from the front) FLAIR MRI shows mass like thickening of the septum pellucidum and a large mass in the cingulate gyrus and corpus callosum which represents a WHO grade III astrocytoma also called an anaplastic astrocytoma. This is a high grade (aggressive) brain tumour.
