Ribbon eel (Rhinomuraena quaesita). Ribbon eels are sequential hermaphrodites, starting off as males and later changing sex to females. Juveniles are black, males are mostly blue, and females are mostly yellow. Photographed in Lembeh Strait, off Sulawesi, Indonesia.
