Corneal mapping after laser eye surgery, screenshot. Contour map of the surface of the cornea of a patient's eye. This patient has been treated with refractive laser eye surgery. This computerised map allows doctors to assess how accurate the patient's treatment has been. In this procedure, a laser was used to correct blurred vision caused by astigmatism, an irregular curvature of the cornea. Measurement of the curvature of the cornea is known as keratometry. These results have been processed using OrbScan software.
