Male cape weaver (Ploceus capensis) hanging below its nest, displaying to females. This bird feeds on flowers and seeds. The male bird constructs a nest woven from grasses, leaves and other plant material, in which the female lays her eggs. The cape weaver is endemic to South Africa. Photographed in the De Hoop Nature Reserve, South Africa.
