Diver monitoring an artificial reef. Artificial reefs support and help establish plants and animals in areas of the seabed that lack an established ecosystem. This diver is using photogrammetric 3D modelling photography, which requires calibration shots like the one being obtained here. This is the 'Prado' artificial reef established in the Mediterranean Sea, near Marseille, France, in 2008. The diver is from the Septentrion Environnement organisation. Photographed in June 2016.
