Under the new UN Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) this chemical strength has a hazard label GHS07 for dilutions from 2.0M to 5.0M. As well as the symbol there is a signal word and suppliers provide numbered statements (H315 H319 H335) that give more information. At this concentration it can cause skin irritation, serious eye irritation and may cause respiratory irritation.
