Molluscum contagiosum viral infection (small raised dots) above a man's pubic area. The patient was infected during sexual intercourse. This condition is caused by a pox virus. Treatments include the use of chemicals (as here) and also the use of liquid nitrogen to freeze and remove the lesions.
