Oxygen generator experiment. Close-up of a fire being fuelled by a stream of oxygen gas produced by a chemical reaction. The oxygen gas is being blown onto the flame using a glass tube leading from a reaction vessel (not seen). The reaction being used to produced the oxygen gas (O2) is that between manganese dioxide (MnO2) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).
