Effects of Hurricane Harvey on Cambodian community. Cambodian immigrant farmer outside the makeshift tent he lives in after his house was totally destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. He is part of a community of Cambodian refugees who settled in south Texas, USA, in the early 1980s after fleeing the Khmer Rouge. The community is struggling after Hurricane Harvey flooded their community, damaging or destroying many homes. His water supply has not been tested for contamination since the storm and where his house had been, only a toilet is left (right), connected to a septic system. Photographed in Rosharon, Texas, in November 2017.
