Echinofossulocactus multicostatus (or Stenocactus multicostatus) is a species of cactus native to the Mexican deserts. The main body has a surface characterised by wavy ribs from which long white or red, spiky spines stick out. The bloom is pale pink or white wit a purple midvein. Actual diameter is 100 mm.
