Agate Fossil Beds National Monument. Fossilised skeleton of an entelodont (Dinohyus sp. ,top) scavenging the carcass of a chalicothere (family Chalicotheriidae, bottom) at the visitor centre of the Agate Fossil Beds National Monument, Harrison, Nebraska, USA. The fossilised skeletons of hundreds of ancient animals were discovered here in the early 20th Century - including hundreds of the two-horned rhinoceros Menoceras.
