White-nosed coati (Nasua narica). Coatis, also known as coatimundis, are native to most Central and South American countries. They are a member of the racoon family and live both on the ground and in trees, typically in forests. Coatis are omnivorous and primarily eat fruit, invertebrates, other small animals and birds' eggs. Photographed in Costa Rica.
