Plastics recycling centre. Samples of granulated plastics in the quality control lab of a recycling centre. This facility recycles plastic products from numerous sources. It breaks them down and supplies the resulting regrinds, compounds and baled plastics to customers engaged in a wide range of activities from compounding, to bag blowing and injection moulding. The granules produced are sent to processing for reuse. Here, the granules will be checked to ensure they are of high enough quality to be reused. Photographed at Vanden Recycling, UK.
