This video gives a mission's-eye view of Pluto and its moons. The animation is composed of actual images gathered by NASA's New Horizons space probe, which came within 7,800 miles of the surface of the icy dwarf planet on July 14, 2015. The animation begins and ends with views of the orbits of Pluto's five moons, three of which are visible here (Charon, Nix and Hydra). Tiny Nix and Hydra have been slightly enlarged so they could be visualized in the animation.
