NASA X-57 Maxwell aircraft simulator. NASA principal investigator Sean Clarke using the X-57 simulator that is used to prepare pilots and engineers for the flight of this electric X-plane. The simulator can be used to study ideal manoeuvres and reaction times during flight. The X-57 Maxwell is an experimental electric plane that has been in development since 2015.
