The 1939 New York World's Fair was a universal exposition (Expo) held at the Flushing Meadows park in New York City, USA, over two seasons from April 1939 to October 1940. Over 44 million people attended the wide range of exhibits of current and future technology. In the background at right is the Trylon and Perisphere architectural exhibit.
