BrainTree artwork. Digital composite of scans of the brain of a stroke patient and images of trees. This image is part of a set of illustrations (collectively known as 'BrainTree' artworks) that was produced by recovering stroke patient John Bavaro, Professor of Art at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, USA. Bavaro's stroke in 2012 was caused by a dissected carotid artery. For a set of BrainTree artworks, see images C042/0203 to C042/0216.
