The Spread Eagle, Gracechurch Street, London, 1814. View of coaches in the yard at the Spread Eagle Inn. Two men stand by a coach at left - one is loading or unloading a trunk, with horses feeding from a trough at right. The coach in the centre travels a route in Surrey, between Dorking, Leatherhead, Epsom and Ewell. The building has three storeys, with balconies.
