Evacuations continued in Vidor, Texas, as floodwater continued to rise in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Lisa Headley's dog, Bentley, suffered from heat exhaustion after Hurricane Harvey hit. When a team of first responders came to help her evacuate, they told her to give up on Bentley who was close to death. She refused and brought him with her. In a parking lot of a strip-mall in Vidor, an EMT helped bring Bentley's temperature down and gave him oxygen, giving him a chance to recover. August 31, 2017.
