Azuara crater, satellite image. The Azuara meteor impact crater is situated about 50 kilometres south of Zaragoza, Spain. It is thought to have been formed around 30 to 40 million years ago during the Eocene or Oligocene epoch. It measures approximately 35-40 kilometres in diameter.
