100 Years Of Hormone Research

On June 20, 1905, a scientist called Ernest Starling gave a lecture at London's Royal College of Physicians in which he introduced a new word to the world - a word we now take for granted a century later. The word was 'hormone' and even today, scientists are still uncovering the mysteries of how hormones affect the human body.
